Our 18,000 sq. ft. gymnastics facility in Reno/Sparks, Nevada, is fully equipped to provide an exceptional training environment for gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. With a full foam pit for every apparatus, four sets of competition bars, and a strap bar, Flips USA Gymnastics is ready to help your child reach their full potential.

Our facility also boasts seven high beams with eight-inch safety mats underneath, two 80 ft. tumble tracks, and a rod floor to ensure a safe and comprehensive training experience. For our youngest gymnasts, we have a dedicated Kindergym area featuring a special rock wall for added fun and excitement.

Parents can enjoy our comfortable viewing area, where they can proudly observe their child's progress and achievements.

Competitive Team Opportunities Flips USA Gymnastics offers a competitive team for gymnasts interested in taking their skills to the next level. Our team includes Levels 2-10 and Excel gymnasts, with placement determined by our experienced coaches' recommendations.

Recreational Classes for All Ages We provide a wide variety of recreational classes for walking toddlers, children, and teenagers. Our classes introduce students to the thrilling world of gymnastics through warm-ups and rotations on all gymnastics apparatus. Our nurturing environment promotes self-esteem and personal growth.

For gymnasts eager to advance, we offer a tailored achievement program for each level. Upon mastering the required skills and obtaining parental approval, students can progress to higher levels and continue their gymnastics journey.
